1. General Provisions

The purchase and subsequent utilization of Lazy Lizzy’s OxyBalls (“the Product”) shall be construed as the purchaser’s full, unconditional acknowledgment and acceptance of all stipulations, limitations, and procedural requirements outlined herein. Variations in performance outcomes are to be expected, given differing environmental and operational conditions inherent to individual user contexts.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for remedial action is restricted solely to instances wherein the Product is determined, upon inspection, to have arrived in a materially compromised condition prior to initial use. Functional discrepancies related to stain removal, odor mitigation, or aesthetic outcomes are deemed contingent upon extrinsic factors including, but not limited to, water composition, mechanical efficiency, detergent interference, and fabric integrity, and are therefore excluded from any form of guarantee or implied warranty.

3. Authorized Channels of Purchase

• Claims shall be entertained only for transactions originating from the official Lazy Lizzy’s website or duly accredited representatives.
• Transactions facilitated through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) must adhere to the respective platform’s dispute resolution process prior to escalation to Lazy Lizzy’s Customer Resolutions Division.

4. Submission Timeframe

Claims must be lodged within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed delivery, supported by timestamped documentation. Failure to comply shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the delivered goods as received and final.

5. Required Documentation

Claimants are obligated to furnish the following evidentiary materials to facilitate processing:

• Proof of purchase in the form of a valid transaction receipt or verifiable order reference number;
• Photographic and/or video evidence clearly depicting the alleged defect, captured immediately upon unsealing of the parcel.

6. Resolution Protocol

Subject to successful verification, the Company reserves the right to provide a product replacement identical in nature to the original item. Monetary reimbursement, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees, shall not be entertained under any circumstance, as part of the Company’s commitment to operational sustainability.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

• Each purchaser is entitled to a single (1) validated claim during their lifetime of engagement with Lazy Lizzy’s.
• Complimentary, promotional, or discounted trial units are expressly excluded from replacement coverage.
• Any evidence of improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture, modification, or tampering subsequent to receipt shall automatically void the claim.

8. Administrative Processing Period

Upon complete submission of required materials, evaluation and fulfillment of verified claims shall be undertaken within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and force majeure circumstances.
